We believe that salvation is found solely through faith in Jesus Christ, as the Bible states in Acts 4:12 – “Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.” This reflects our core conviction that Jesus Christ is the only path to eternal life and redemption.

When we accept Christ’s salvation, we are transformed to become “salt and light” in our communities, as described in Matthew 5:13-14. As salt, we are to preserve and season the world around us, providing spiritual flavor and preserving truth amidst societal decay. As light, we are called to illuminate the darkness, guiding others towards the hope found in Christ.

The Believers Love Ministries (BLM) embodies this calling through its three core community outreaches:

1. Hospital Ministry: BLM volunteers regularly visit local hospitals, providing spiritual encouragement, prayer, and practical assistance to patients and their families during times of illness and crisis. By sharing the love of Christ, they aim to be a beacon of hope to the hurting.

2. Prison Ministry: BLM ministers seek to bring the transformative message of the Gospel to those incarcerated, offering Bible studies, counseling, and support to help prisoners find redemption and purpose in Christ. The ministry also advocates for criminal justice reform and supports the families of the incarcerated.

3. Homeless Outreach: Recognizing the dire needs of the homeless in our communities, BLM mobilizes teams to provide food, clothing, hygiene supplies, and connections to social services. But above all, they strive to meet the spiritual needs of the homeless, sharing the eternal hope that can be found in Jesus.

Through these diverse ministries, BLM strives to be salt and light, reflecting the redemptive love of Christ and sharing the message of salvation with those in greatest need. By serving the marginalized and hurting, the congregation aims to be a transformative presence, bringing light into darkness and leading others to the ultimate source of hope – Jesus Christ.
